Please note that we have migrated the configuration from the previous version, however because the new version is using completely redesigned statistics engine - previous statistics data (from the old version) *is not* available. To access historical webstat data (and old version) please access the following url and log in using you old account details: http://62.204.32.9:8858

User authentication format in the new LiveStats is not the same anymore. For each web site statistics, please use the following login details:

Server Domain
(your web site name in the format of www.your-domain-name)

User Name
(your web hosting account username)

Password
(your web hosting account password)

If you are unable to login via your username and password please notify us via support@datagate.co.uk and we will configure the account for you. As an alternative you may try to use "Guest" as the "User Name" and no password. Please note that in "Guest" mode you will not have the administration privileges usual to LiveStats (like custom reports, layout configuration, scheduled e-mail reports, page and client exclusions ... etc). The "Guest" account is generally read only.

Customers with multiple domain names and statistics (eg. subfolder hosting) for the same web hosting account should notify us so that we can replicate the primary web hosting username and password to all additional domain names once the LiveStats service is activated.
